In 1952, Delta Rho Chapter was established at the home of Soror Odessa Hamilton. Delta Rho Chapter received her charter on the campus of Albany State College under the regional (Southern) directorship of the late Marian Lucia James. The following eight persons were inducted into Delta Rho chapter as charter members and officers for the 1952-1953 school year: |
